Need an EICR?
An electrical installation condition report (EICR) provides an assessment of the condition of the electrical installation in a property.
An EICR may be relevant if you are:
• A homeowner who wants to understand the condition of your electrical installation
• Buying or selling a property
• A landlord arranging an electrical inspection
• Concerned about the condition or age of the installation
MSM Electrical focuses on clear, professional electrical inspection and testing, helping you understand what an inspection finds and what may need further attention.
